Strategic Programs

  • We identify high-potential patents from world-leading research institutions and facilitate their acquisition, adaptation, and commercialization within the UAE. By bridging global IP with regional needs, we unlock dormant innovation and turn it into viable, UAE-developed solutions.

  • We scout and invest in breakthrough spin-outs from elite universities and research labs (USA, Europe, Asia), then relocate their operations to Abu Dhabi. These startups gain access to capital, infrastructure, and regional markets—accelerating their growth while embedding their tech within the local ecosystem.

  • We provide capital to DeepTech companies in growth stages—particularly those looking to expand into the Middle East. In exchange, they establish a secondary production site or R&D facility in the UAE. This program connects global innovation pipelines directly to local economic development.

  • We collaborate with UAE universities to launch specialized PhD and postdoc programs in emerging DeepTech fields. By recruiting top global talent and embedding them within local institutions, we ensure that the UAE becomes a destination for frontier research—not just adoption.
